It is in this old, completely revamped media library that we brew our beers and our brews on contract. We also produce our long fermentation bread there and we roast coffee every week.

By anchoring our production in urban centers, we wish to highlight the feasibility of operating in short or even extremely short circuits. We aspire to become a model of a collaborative economy that respects the environment.
