Created in April 2016 by Guillaume Bilbault and Kassandra De Veylder, Brasserie Porquerollaise is a micro-brewery who wants to be independent, united, and eco-responsible.

The couple operates one of the smallest breweries in France with a production of 130 hL per year. All year-round, the brewery produces four artisanal hight fermentation beers of the Ale type: Hypaea Blonde and Hypaea Blanche at 4.6% alcohol, Hypaea Amber at 5% and Hypaea IPA at 6% alcohol.

Is it Guillaume who puts all his know-how in the development of his beers and all his love to perfect his techniques of artisan brewer.

The beers are 100% natural, with no coloring, no aromas, and no added CO2. They are neither filtered nor pasteurized. The natural fermentation in the bottle,  as in the summer, gives them character and brings a light deposit, a guarantee of quality.
