It is in the country of Valdaine, between lakes and mountains that the artisanal brewery of Val d’Ainan is located, more precisely in the foothills of the Chartreuse, between the lakes of Paladru and Aiguebelette, in Isère (Auvergne-Rhônes-Alpes french region).

Craft beers “La Dauphine”:

The production of a craft beer is first of all the know-how of the brewers. Attentive to the taste quality of our products, we ensure a careful selection of ingredients and rigorous manufacturing in order to fully give its aromas and bitterness to each of our beers …

Our recipes are original, carefully prepared and close to Belgian traditional beers. These are high fermentation beers, unfiltered, unpasteurized, without preservatives and without additives. The deposit of yeast at the bottom of the bottle is completely natural since they are beers fermented in bottles.

Passionate about our profession, we welcome you all year round to introduce you to our premises and the stages in the production of our craft beers. We also organize many cultural events at the brewery, in partnership with local associations.
