Created in 2017, the Abeille Noire brewery is inspired by the characteristics of the European dark bee to create beers with character.
The European dark bee (Apis mellifera mellifera) is rather dark in colour, tending to the black presence in our regions. It’s a bee with character! (translate by: she stings in a generous way)
The beers of our brewery are made with:
– a French malt
– local honey produced by our hives
– wheat from the village farmer
