History of the brewery :
The brewery Notes en Bulles opened its doors in 2017, in Montbrison, in the heart of Forez, in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. It offers you a quality local beer and introduces you to new flavors through original recipes.
Why the Brasserie des Notes en Bulles?
Beer is like music, made up of different notes joined together to form a harmony. As each music is different, so is each beer and allows you to discover an original product that will take you on a journey of instant space in the universe of Bubble Notes.
The brewer, David aka Dadou :
The brewer, David, decided to start the brewery to be in contact with people and in accordance with his values. Beer is his passion and all he wants is to show you even more surprising products.
